03.3 Convention

• City of Hollywood to sign Agreement with ICODES of Malaga, Spain to
Promote Urban and Municipal Development

• Signing of the convention of collaboration between Huelva City Hall and the Institute of Cooperation for Sustainable Development (ICODES).

• Signing of the Convention of collaboration between National District City Hall (Dominican Repuplic), Seville’s City Hall and ICODES.

•Signing of the convention between ICODES and UIM within the framework of the VIII Latin American Congress of Municipal Leaders (Guayaquil – Ecuador). November, 2006.

The event took place during the Celebration Act of the Plenary session for the 15th Anniversary in Guayaquil (Ecuador).
The convention was signed by the President of the UIM, Luz Estrella Rodríguez de Zuñiga; its General Secretary, Federico Castillo Blanco; and the President of ICODES, Juan María Ruiz Romero.
Argentina’s Vice-President, Guayaquil’s Mayor and other hundreds of Mayors and Latin Americans celebrities also assisted to the event.
